CNC MILL AND LATHE PROGRAMMER WITH CAM SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

Proven experience operating CNC milling and lathe machines.
Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
Proficiency in CAM programming is essential.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical specifications and GD&T.
Proficient in using precision measuring tools.
Experience with MasterCam and 3D CAD modeling is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with 4th and 5th Axis is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
1+ years’ experience in CNC operation on mill & lathe.
Proficient in programming using Mastercam.
Ability to use metrology tools, such as, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Height Gage, Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM), etc.
Verified comfort level using tools and performing machine maintenance.
Ability to understand (M and G) codes.
Detail and precision oriented.
