Job Title: Manual Machinist

Pay Rate: $24-$28/hour

About the Role

Join our skilled team producing high-precision parts in a modern shop. You’ll operate manual and/or CNC machinery to create components that demand accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and/or CNC milling machines and lathes to craft top-quality parts
Experience with ProtoTRAK CNC mills is a big plus!
Bonus for familiarity with Trak controls
Set up tooling, fixtures, and programs for efficient runs
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to deliver exact specifications
Assemble components and perform quality checks
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues quickly
Use hand and power tools to fabricate and finish parts
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in manual knee and bed mills
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of complex equipment
Skilled in tooling & fixturing setup, adjustments, Trak control programming
Forklift experience is a plus for handling materials
Comfortable with hand/power tools and safe operations
Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Excellent problem-solving skills – thrive under pressure in a dynamic shop
