Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Integrex Operator with knowledge of Mazatrol software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Integrex I-200 to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Set up and operate CNC Integrex, including selecting appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and production team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC operator, with a focus on Mazatrol software.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining techniques, tooling selection, and machine setup.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
